SHIPPING & FREIGHT POLICY: Delivery is F.O.B. Texarkana. UPS & Motor Freight charges are prepaid and added on to the invoice total.  When shipment value exceeds $100.00, an insurance fee will be added to UPS charges. Articles too large for UPS are marked "MF only" (Motor Freight only).

RETURNED MERCHANDISE: Customer must have prior authorization with a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) before returning merchandise for credit.  RGA#'s are valid for 30 days. Acceptance of merchandise is final only after inspection.  No RGA#'s will be issued for merchandise over 90 days old.  Transportation charges must be prepaid.  A 10-25% restocking fee will be charged on approved returns in unopened boxes. A 25% minimum restocking fee for tools which have been opened but still in original saleable factory carton with all packaging, etc.  No credit will be issued for any used tool.  Upon receipt of RGA for return on tools, repack all returns in another shipping box for labeling, etc.  Special order items can not be returned for credit.  Any returned merchandise received that does not follow or otherwise does not meet this policy, will be returned to the Buyer freight collect.  Deduct credit only after receipt of credit memo.  No special order item can be cancelled after an order is placed with factory.
